Do you need to get your regular dictation transcribed? Subscribe to our legal transcription program and get your dictation sent to you by email or in your folder within 2 -days of voice file transfer. You can dictate in a digital recorder, or call the toll-free number provided by us and simply dictate. Our program provides you with complete freedom, mobility and flexibility.
 
Our subscription program starts at $119 per month for legal transcription of up to one hour of dictation. Your rates will be lower if you transcribe more than five hours of monthly recording.
 
GMR Transcription Services Inc. offers a convenient and affordable subscription program for your transcription needs. Here is how it works:
 
  • Call us and we will register you to our legal transcription subscription program.
  • You will receive your login information to the site and a toll free call-in number if you have subscribed to our call-in legal transcription service.
  • Login and upload your recording using our easy to use website interface, or Call-in the number given to you and simply dictate.
  • We will transcribe your recording within two working days.Contact us to subscribe for faster turnaround time of your legal transcription needs.
  • We will email your transcript and/or add it in your folder for download.
  • Our program insures complete privacy – our transcriptionists never see any client specific information. Every file is renamed with random numbers by our system.
  • You can cancel your legal transcription subscription anytime by giving us a 30 day notice. Check our terms below.

Transcription rates for voice recording that exceeds the subscribed hours will be $2.50 per minute. We will inform you when you have reached your limit for the month.
 
Call in subscribers will have both options available- upload to the website or call in.
 
Terms:
1.Subscription option is available in one hour increments.You may subscribe for dictation time of 1 hour or 2 hours or 3 hours etc. up to 10 hours or more per month.
2.The fee for transcribing recordings beyond your subscribed number of hours will be $2.75 per minute of recording.
3.The rates above are for one-speaker recordings only. Contact us if you want to subscribe for multiple speakers.
4.These are ‘use it or lose it’ hours. Unused time WILL NOT roll over to next month.
5.You can cancel the subscription by giving us a 30 day notice.
