Sending your work to us.
You will need to give us the template for the output file. Your digital voice files can conveniently be uploaded to our secured GMR Legal Transcription website. You can send your tapes or cassettes etc. to us for conversion to digital format. Please see ‘How it Works’.
Selection of Service
When you are sending the voice files for transcription, you will have to opt for the type of service you wish to avail;
The number of speakers in a recording; less than two speakers would mean lower rate.
The quality of recording; good audio recordings attract lower rates.
The turnaround time which you want. Our standard turnaround for legal transcription is 24 hours.
The level of security you require. We offer two levels, secure and highly secure.
The language of the recordings. English language transcription is the cheapest.
If you expect to use our service on a regular basis, you may opt for a ‘billable account’. We will send you invoices once in two weeks which are due to be paid on receipt.

Our pricing is based on recorded duration of the voice files. Our affordable legal transcription prices start at $ 1.50 a minute. Please refer to our Prices page.
Delivering Completed Work
We email the transcripts to you or you may download them from a secure FTP.
